I had an amazing stay at Oyo Hotel in Playa del Carmen. The location was great, close to the Cozumel ferry and Fifth Avenue. The bed was comfortable and the receptionists were nice. Despite some minor drawbacks like weak wifi and a basic room, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience.

Staff is helpful and you can park your car nearby. The location is stunning, not very far from Xaman ha Ruins. A bus stop is very close to the hotel that is close to the Bus Station.

This hotel is conveniently located near the ADO bus terminal and just a short walk away from the beach and shops. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with good air conditioning and firm beds. The on-site restaurant offers a commendable breakfast and great service. The hotel's patio is beautifully designed with lots of plants, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The wifi coverage is limited to the reception area and the swimming pool is small and not well-maintained.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun. The employees were helpful and very nice. The hotel was in a good and stunning location so close to 5th Avenue and ferry/Ado bus. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Karen's Restaurant😀

Wi-Fi didn't work, made me a little nervous.

the location was perfect, close to the ferry and car rental, and just a short walk to Fifth Avenue. The noise from the street didn't bother us. The staff was nice and the attached restaurant had delicious food, especially the green juice.

Wifi coverage was limited to the reception area only.
